Information we collect
When you place an order, create an account or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, delivery and billing addresses, order details and correspondence. Shopify and similar technologies also collect technical information about visits, such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and usage data.
Providing personal information is voluntary unless we expressly tell you otherwise. Without the information required for an order, we cannot process the purchase or arrange delivery. Without an email address in an enquiry, we cannot reply. Please do not send payment card details or unnecessary sensitive information through our contact form.
How we use information
We use information to operate the store, process orders, arrange payments and deliveries through relevant service providers, send order updates, provide customer care, protect the website, prevent fraud, improve the browsing experience and meet our legal obligations.
We send marketing emails subject to the consent required by applicable law. Signing up is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email or by contacting us. Service messages about orders may still be sent without a marketing subscription.
Who may receive information
Our store is powered by Shopify. Information may be shared with Shopify and service providers supporting hosting, store operations, payments, shipping, customer care and security, as needed to provide those services. Payment information is processed through the payment providers available at checkout under their own privacy policies.
We may also disclose information to authorities or other authorised parties when required by law, or where necessary to protect legal rights or address fraud. We do not provide your details to other parties for their independent marketing without an appropriate basis under applicable law.
